Cincinnati Reds and Pointstreak 5050 Set For Big Opening Day

The Cincinnati Reds, the Reds Community Fund and Pointstreak 5050 are set for a big Opening Day with the launch of the Pointstreak 5050 platform at all Reds' games this season. The Reds Community Fund, whose principal mission is to support youth baseball and softball throughout Reds Country, will utilize proceeds from its "Split the Pot" program and Pointstreak 5050 to help fund the Reds' new Urban Youth Academy. The Academy already provides free, year-round baseball and softball instruction to urban students ages eight to eighteen as well as educational and character based programs.
The Reds Community Fund reached an agreement with Pointstreak 5050 to install its revolutionary raffle platform in the Great American Ball Park.
Charley Frank, Executive Director of the Reds Community Fund stated, "We are extremely excited about installing the Pointstreak 5050 system into the Great American Ball Park for the 2012 season. The charitable revenue will help support our new Urban Youth Academy as well as many other Reds Community Fund initiatives.
