Case Study: The Chicago Cubs
The Cubs experienced a 75% increase vs manually operated raffles.
The Chicago Cubs installed the 5050 Central system for the 2010 season. Despite the challenges of working in the non wired, historically preserved Wrigley Field, 5050 Central was able to install and operate a raffling platform that quickly became a part of the Wrigley experience. Overall the Cubs experienced a 75 percent increase in the size of their traditional, manually operated raffles with over ten dates of $30,000 plus pots. In addition to the enhanced fan experience, the Cubs sales staff took to the new system immediately and exhibited a renewed sense of excitement as well.
This season, the Cubs and 5050 Central will expand the operation to include raffle sales on the rooftops that overlook the ballpark. The Cubs and 5050 Central are poised for a tremendous season!
