Stars and Thunder Festival, United Way North East Ontario To Partner with 5050 Central

Toronto, ON – March 7, 2018: 5050 Central Ltd. (“the Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaming Nation Inc., is extremely pleased to announce that the Company has reached an agreement with the United Way North East Ontario, to implement digital 50/50 raffles during the 2018 Timmins Stars and Thunder Festival presented by Goldcorp - PGM.
The agreement will see the 8-day summer music Festival use 5050 Central’s digital fundraising platform, giving concert-goers the opportunity to purchase 50/50 raffle tickets with draws being held each day from June 24-July 1.
The Festival boasts musical talent such as the Arkells, Our Lady Peace, the Beach Boys, Matthew Good and many, many more. The event will also host the Timmins International Fireworks Competition with teams competing from Brazil, Canada, China and Finland.
The lucky winner of each raffle will take home half of the day’s jackpot, while remaining proceeds will benefit the United Way North East Ontario. Their mission is to improve lives and build community by engaging individuals and mobilizing collective action.
